☆Refund Policy☆

• In general, I do not accept refunds or cancellations! However, there is always a grey area! If you need to cancel your order, please submit a contact form through my website or email me at mostlyblupin@gmail.com! I'm always happy to work with you!
• If you are in a commitment group and drop out by request or miss a purchase, your order will be refunded MINUS the payment processing fees! My commitment groups are P4P and refunding the full amount would result in me losing money. If you have issue with this, please do not join my commitment groups!

☆Shipping and Address Changes☆

• I ship as fast as I can! I only go to the post office once a week and I am just one person! I usually go on Friday or Saturday!
• I do not accept address changes for in hand items.
• If you need an address change for a PREORDER item, please submit it via the contact form OR email me!

☆Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items☆

• I am not responsible for stolen and lost packages. If a package is marked as "Delivered", there is nothing I can do.
• If an item is delivered damaged, please submit an insurance claim with USPS.
• If an item seems to be lost in transit, please first submit a missing mail search with USPS. If your package is still not found, submit an insurance claim with USPS.

☆Trading and Selling☆

  • On Trading: I have no policy on trading. Once the pin is in your hands, you may trade as you please. Happy trading!
  • On Selling:
    • Do not sell P4P designs for more than drop price. If I am made aware, you will be blocked from purchasing from my shop.
    • Use your best judgement for all other designs. I should not have to police the after market for my own pins. If you are found overpricing any of my designs, you will be banned. These pins are my passion projects and I make little to nothing to produce them. I spend my evenings cleaning, packaging, and working on art because I truly just want to make cute and beautiful things. Please respect me.
